ENET
The FCA Employees Portal
ENET is the single access for FCA employees to every service and information the need from the company.
The project currently requires to migrate all the old sections from the previous intranet to the new one.
The new portal allows more personalization for the users and the possibility to interact directly with each other, with social tools like comments and shares of every page.
The layout itself recalls more a social network than a intranet, in order to try to engage more the user and invite interactions.
Starting July 2018 I entered the project in substitution of the main UX Designer.
My main task are to understand the requirements of every section (and department in charge of it) and propose a content organization that could suit both them and the users.
We are currently proposing more implementations outside the ones already in place, cooperanting with Reply for development and working directly with the FCA Internal Communications team.
